Default JB Hi-Fi - Buy 1 Get 1 Free Blu-Ray & 4K UHD

JB Hi-Fi - Buy 1 Get 1 Free Lowest to Highest Price

There are some great deals in here. If you missed out on the StudioCanal John Carpenter 4K Limited releases, the standard releases will run about $24.19 US for 2 titles due to the current exchange rates and 4K Marvel titles for $14 - $18 for 2. 1 USD = 1.44587 AUD

Yeah, had the same problem trying to get Fantastic Beasts 3d. Pisses me off as it's the best price I've seen for it. Other titles are fine. Why only particular ones?

I don't know why they do this. It's happened to me before, and when I e-mailed them about it during a previous sale, they said it was a glitch in their website and that they'd fixed it--after the sale had ended, of course. But it's doing it again. I was going to pick up Wonder Woman 3D, but it won't ship to the US.

Was trying for Aquaman steel, but also says no US shipping. Thanks for the heads up on the sale though.

Found out from them why certain titles don't ship internationally--

"I have had a look into this for you and unfortunately 'Fantastic Beasts 3D' is no longer available for international delivery because it has been deleted by the supplier.

The Online Distribution Centre (the only location able to dispatch international orders) no longer have stock, and because it can't be ordered in, international delivery is not available."

I am guessing this applies to most of the titles people can't get to ship.

Is the phone number still listed invalid
How you already selected a Shipping Option

The last couple times I've finally gotten past that Proceed Button, one of those 2 factors were blocking me.
I always have to figure out have to get a phone number accepted, but using US Prefix doesn't work -- I couldn't even get a valid phone number typing in JBHIFI own phone

JB site has become a nightmare for getting an order through. The removal of the wishlish just makes it worse

It's alway trial and error, but I couldn't get anything to work with my saved address so maybe try this:

Load your cart
Select Country/Region
Name
Phone -- Leave as AUS -- Mobile Phone in AUS are mostly 04 prefix and so I typed 04xx xxx xxx (04 + 1st 8 digits of my US phone)
Address

Fetch Shipping Option and Select

The Proceed Button should switch from Grey to Green at some point.

Now with the mismatch in CC and Phone numbers I have no idea if the order will be processed, but at least I can get to the next screen

I have the same issue with providing a valid number as well.

I don't know if it's a system glitch or intentional to stop international orders. I have reached out to them to see what they say.

Anyone in USA/Canada having the same issues?

Ran into that too. Used hariseldon's phone number advice (thank you!) and typed in my address (rather than use the exact same one that was already attached to my profile), and then it allowed me to complete the transaction.

I've ordered from JB many times in the past, but each time it seems like it gets harder to get through their system

I hate feeling like I'm breaking into their system to make an order.

If Sanity's prices were a little closer most of the time I'd never use JB, but with Sanity automatically deducting GST (instead having to contact JB after the fact to get the refund) and better shipping rates for most orders and delivery performance everytime, if I can group orders to lower ave shipping costs and qualify for one of Sanity's Discount Promo codes it's almost worth paying a couple dollars more.

USA, having the same issue. Using the 04 in the number is still telling me "invalid number." Never had problems with them before

Thanks. That worked. Finger crossed it gets processed. Now can someone explain why some orders give different shipping rates lol.

Did 2 movies. Shipping was 12 to Canada. Did a separate order and shipping ended up being 16.98 to Canada. This site baffles me.

Do you know how long we have to get the refund? Got an order from earlier in the year.

Try punching in random numbers until it gives you the green. My actual number didn't work so I just started with 04 and punched in numbers until the button went green lol.

Once everything in your order has shipped you can email them and ask for a refund of the GST.

FYI...shiipping may be a little slow. 'Im still waiting for a shipment on an order that shipped out before all the lockdowns. Over 2 months now.

Yeah, it's weird, I think if you mix items that are "special order" with regular items the shipping is a lot more expensive, they probably ship seperately. I just placed a 4 Blu-rays order and they charged me $12 shipping to Canada, which is very reasonable.

Some time after it's shipped and the CC charge has posted -- if you contact them they should refund the GST. The GST refunded has always been more than the std 10% so I'm not sure what base they used in the past, but it has always been more than I expected.

Most of the time one contact has worked though a few times I've had to contact them 2 or 3 times -- with things a bit uncertain I'd probably pad the time for them to respond by at least 2-3 days (not including weekends). Normally I give it 7-10 days for the CC charge to show up.

And it will continue to baffle you into submission.

Some orders seem based on number of itmes, others on weight, preorders are often priced differently, 2+ of the same item often is different than 2 equivalent different items, Special Orders are different, 3 preorders are priced different than 3 current stock items, some items can be shipped internationally/others can't (even to New Zealand where they have stores). I even get weird results using a Tasmania address which is part of AUS

It's always an adventure (maybe an AUS thing) and never the same twice

I think certain numbers or combinations may not be used in AUS, so it may take rearranging or inventing

+61 412 345 678 or +61 0412 345 678 seems to work if you just want to use a generic.
