This was a great movie for 70-year-old Jackie Chan. Very charming.
Jackie adopts a rare panda from a wild animal reserve, when a series of mercenaries come in with guns to steal him. Jackie plays himself, so we get a lot of great reactions from people being surprised to see a celebrity. And then there's those who want to see whether or not he can actually fight. There's tons of references in this, from Stallone, to the Oscars, to the Jackie Chan stunt team. Definitely better than Ride On. Glad they are making a sequel. My copy last week still came with a slipcover. ![]() |
