Thanks for bringing all this together wildbill, I always thought all this useful information was pointlessly split across multiple threads.

Once this list is tidied up (for a start, I would recommend arranging each list alphabetically) if there are no objections I will merge all the other threads into an archive and updates can just be posted in this thread - it seems pointless to maintain the individual threads as well as this combined one.

Every list we have in the stickies section is in alphabetical order - the exact formats vary but that much is consistent across all of them. They'd be far less useful otherwise.
