Prime 4 Sept or Oct?

I still have my wii that is BC with GC. I own Prime 2 and 3. I might get started now. Tired of waiting. Would be a fun May to kick it old shool while I wait on the Switch 2.

I think at this point we are more likely to get MP2 on GameCube NSO and MP3 on Wii NSO when and if it happens. I doubt they will remaster 3 without remastering 2.

Nintendo might announce a Wii NSO in 2-3 years, they probably want to release some GameCube games then announce a new “retro” console after the releases start to dry up to keep gamers subscribed to NSO, especially the expansion pak.

I agree. I absolulty see them adding wii support. I just don't think this year.

They have an easy path to Echoes now. They can just put on the APP and month.

They could give Prime Corruption the Skyward Sword Treatment.

Would be wierd to have the first 2 palyable and then release 4.

Even weirder if Prime Remaster is it untile 4 Releases imo.

Maybe they just want one Metroid focus at a time and it's Just 4 this year and Echoes later in 2026 and Corruption when/if they release wii support.

I’ve got a question about MP4 Beyond, do I need to play the others before I get and play the upcoming game or can I play the newest one when it’s released? I’m wanting to get MP4 Beyond but I haven’t played any of the others.

I'm sure they'll catch you up in game on any major lore. Would it be beneficial to play the others? Maybe if you're super into the intricacies but it should be done in a way that's easy for newcomers to pick up and get the gist.

I could definitely see there being a Metroid Prime series recap at the start of the game.

Which will probably also be available on Nintendo's YouTube channel for free.
