Synapse is no Blue Underground. If this does get a UHD release, it most likely won't be for a couple years. It was 2 years between the steelbook release of Suspiria and the 4K so this might be a similar situation.

Synapse Films replied to questions about a possible UHD release on Facebook yesterday:

They also take a long time to produce. SUSPIRIA’s UHD took an extra year because of all the additional work required. We currently have no plans to produce a UHD of MANCHESTER MORGUE.
