What I found in my basement

So in 2023 we moved to a new town and a new home. As we were doing the walkthrough on one of the homes, trying to decide whether to buy, the tour ended in the basement.

Upon entering the room, I first saw the theatre couches for four people. I thought "that's nice" when I learned that they were included with the home. But that thought was instantaneously archived when I turned the corner and saw something else that was apparently included in the sale. It was the 9 x 8 foot home theatre screen. "Wow," I thought. But it got even better when the realtor told me that the 7 speaker Polk Audio surround sound system, the Sony receiver, and the projector were also included in the price!

I happily bought the house.
