I have'nt seen it but a couple of my buddies said it was crap. Probably why I have'nt seen it.

gives you a weird feeling at the end of the movie, no matter what race you are. Same goes for Gran Torino.

Umm its pretty good, I'am going to buy it watch it once but it'll add to my collection!

I don't think that this film can be compared to Gran Torino on he racism scale. I loved Lakeview Terrace and this is a must buy for me. Just enough laughs & thrills.

Samuel L. Jackson vs. Patrick Wilson was awesome.

really liked the film... took my dad to see it and he will fall asleep if a movie isn't good and he told me that is a buy on blu-ray *LoL*.

we enjoyed the racism stuff hehehee..

I had heard its fairly predictable. The trailer for it looked good...but I probably wont get it.

I don't actually HATE too many movies, but I actually hated this one. Sam Jackson is soo rude that he makes me want to jump thru the screen. And the girls husband is so stupid and he just keeps getting pawned by Jackson. The movie was lame and I couldn't wait until it was over.

Liked it. It isn't a buy worthy movie, though. I mostly enjoyed the reactions in the theater. Totally hilarious. Kept hearing a black woman somewhere near me during the action scenes, "Get him! - Knock him out! - Oh no he didn't!". It is a racially themed movie. My theater was filled with mostly blacks, it was kind of awkward, but it really made me think.

That's what the director intended. Samuel Jackson did a GREAT job of playing his role.

just finished watching this film, Outstanding job by Samuel Jackson!!!! Its and edge of the seat thriller and definitely worth a view, It does play the race card heavily(Hes married to a black chick, her dad doesnt like him nor does the Abel)
All in all , move wise its a solid 4.75/5 in my book, video was mediocre and the sound is great.

I was still waiting for the snake on the plane line

It was alright. That's a high rating, but it was a decent flick. I'd probably give it a 3.5 out of 5.

I watched it yesterday and thought it was a pretty bad film. It was poorly written and predictable. The only thing going for it was Sam Jackson's performance, which in itself was pretty over the top.....but then again isn't that what we have come to expect from him?! Save your money and just give this a rental.
