While this is amazing news that someone is doing this the right way with 22 discs . At $235 USD shipped , What are the chances of a standard edition ? I don't really think I need a 300 page book .

I wonder if U.S. boutique stores will be taking pre-orders for this. I know they have with other Imprint releases but they were films. Hoping they will because I'd like to lock in my order.

I pre-ordered Imprint's recent Blu-ray set of "The Prisoner" from OrbitDVD, and I've seen other recent Imprint TV sets on the site (Persuaders, Avengers, Randall & Hopkirk), so I think any online shop that sold the previous Imprint TV releases will also have "Bewitched" and "I Dream of Jeannie."

I'll have to check. Would really love to have this set but I think it will be a big seller. Hope it doesn't sell out. Or at least I can get it from pre-order. Seems expensive but from the Mill Creek one which I have heard and seen horrible things about, I'd rather get this one.

After Imprint announced "The Prisoner," I checked OrbitDVD each day until it was available for pre-order because the set was a "must have" for me. I think OrbitDVD had the pre-order up about a week or so after the announcement (the best thing to do is keep checking!).

I am hoping it will last until the next B2G1 JB Hi-Fi sale, where I can get Jeannie, Bewitched and TOA V4

I emailed Atomic Movie Store here in the US and the owner promptly replied they will be carrying this and Bewitched Imprint sets. Seems as if the pre-orders should be up sometime next week and they will notify me at that time.

This is important as the Mill Creek set's masters were quite poor.

the problem with MC is that put 16 episodes with insane compression on each disc. Even if they had good masters, nothing would survive that approach.

MC also had the episodes and movie in 1080I instead of 1080P. That combined with compression due to too may episodes per disc made it unwatchable.

This looks miles better than the Mill Creek release from what I can tell from the video. I will get this and get rid of my crappy MC set. The price for this and Bewitched is insane but what are we here in the U.S. going to do?

Mill Creek is an absolute curse for the collector...

1,500 sets sounds like a small run to me. I could imagine it selling out by then.

This is a must must must for me. It was an instant pre-order. The packaging alone makes it worth. I haven't watched my MC set and this way I won't have to. Thank you!
