I'm done with Amazon for Boutique titles other than Shout/Scream and I went ahead and put in a test order with UV to try them out but does anyone know(excluding Vinegar Syndrome) if they ship with slipcovers? My plan is to buy VS titles directly from VS and Shout/Scream from Amazon still as they have slightly better prices but all Arrow, KL, Blue Underground ect from Unobstructed View providing they ship with slips if available

The only thing I can think of is that after my initial single title test order I placed a pre-order for another title that is due for release soon and both orders say "processing" so maybe they are going to ship them together? Although nothing indicates that to be the case.

For what it's worth, I find UV pretty awful. Their prices, availability of items, shipping times and customer service are all severely lacking in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't buy from them again unless I was in absolute desperate need of something. I will say they package items pretty securely, but that's the only positive thing I can say about them.

I sent them a message on their contact us page on Wednesday night and by Thursday morning I had a reply saying that my order was shipped out Aug 31 with tracking number and the delay was caused by the migration to the new site/warehouse. The order was in my PO Box today so shipping was fast once shipped.

Been incredibly disappointed with them. I pre-ordered a few titles and even though their page shows all are in stock, I have neither received a shipping notification nor a reply from them after I've sent queries.

I recently got Teen Wolf from them which was my first order EVER (over a year ago). They said they had issues with Shout and yadayada. I had it in my mind I would give them until December and it showed up all of a sudden. Not suggesting waiting a year is ideal for movies but they are dependable. If you ordered it, paid for it... you will get it. The few movies I didn't get they told me I wouldn't get them via email. |

Has anyone been having issues with preorders since they changed their way of preordering on the Website, I have been having nothing but problems with them concerning Preorders. Saying my payment wasn't paid when it was, their old way of preordering was way better as now they have really screwed things up.

100% of my orders with Sunrise have been excellent. 75% of my dealings with UV were awful. I'm sorry if you think I should keep that to myself when someone asks for an opinion on them. |

I absolutely had it with this company, I hope my orders get sorted out soon. I will never do any business with them anymore, before they changed their website I had zero issues and now nothing but. I will only use DiabolikDVD and Grindhouse Video, as it seems they know what they are doing compared to up here in Canada.
