Default Warner films...

Anyone knows why some warner film is only in HDDVD and not in BLU RAY? and now warner will replace them with blu ray version?

I'm reffering to Matrix I, II, III, Troy etc. etc.

WB originally was HD-DVD exclusive. Then released films on Blu Ray and are now Blu Ray exclusive. All of the titles you have listed will be released this year on Blu Ray. A thread on the subject was posted a while back.

Warner Bros. was originally HD-DEAD exclusive, but they went neutral prior to Blu-ray's official start date, if I remember correctly. Either way, it's been inferred by some of the Insiders that some at Warners were partial to HD-DEAD and thus would release certain films on HD-DEAD and delay/put-off the release for Blu-ray. Other than "The Matrix", they also put off some catalog titles like "Forbidden Planet", "Cassablanca", "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", and "Excalibur". Warner has stated that they are going to try and release all of the HD-DEAD exclusives on Blu at some point in the future, but no exact dates have been given.
