Hostel question

I have Hostel (theatrical) on DVD and I want to buy the Blu-ray version which appears to be Director's cut. Can anyone tell me what's different between theatrical and DC ... same ending? I really enjoyed the movie.

I picked up a copy of Hostel on blu today for $18 (I sure wish MovieStop had more used blu-rays!), I'll check it out tonight!
