Terror At Tenkiller (1988) - 4K Restoration Special Edition from VCI Entertainment, 10/25/2022.
Edit. Aaargh, how do you make changes to headline??? VCI went wrong as you can see. I don't know how to change that. Last edited by agenda; 06-18-2022 at 11:06 AM. |

I wish CVI was working on this. Even a nonexistent label is better than VCI.

Hahaha! Can't deny that, no matter how much I try, but better VCI than no company at all. Saw the movie last time from VHS.

Slasher fans: Arrow's been releasing the most boring, dull slashers from the 80's this year!
VCI: Hold my beer. |

I’ve always liked it too. There are far worse slashers out there, look no further than its “Scream Theater” DVD co-feature The Last Slumber Party, for example. Although that film isn’t without its own hallucinogenic, Z-grade charms.

Most of it was. After shooting wrapped, the crew went back a few months later to film three different endings. The film stock was a different kind which explains the change in picture quality. Later, the distributors shot and inserted material that was SOV like the close up of the clock.

It's pretty bad but I find Terror at Tenkiller more enjoyable than Girls Nite Out or Final Exam.
Corny drama, snail pacing, casio soundtrack and filmed-in-a-backyard vibes, but the cheese is charming. Last edited by Leslie Dame; 06-20-2022 at 02:46 PM. |

I have heard this one referred to and discussed on the Hysteria Continues podcast several times. It sounds like a real hoot. I almost ordered the DVD (double-feature with The Last Slumber Party out of curiosity awhile back, but ended not doing it because the prices were too high. I'm glad I waited.
