Default Sony Blu Ray Displays @ Best Buy

Hey Guys,
Im new to the forum, and am glad to be apart.

First off I just bought a Sony BDP S3000 , and a Sony KDL 52W3000.

I love it. Total definition and clarity like ive never seen before.

My bench mark has always been to get the same pic quality that I see on the display at Best Buy. There using the BDP 300 with the sony XBR I believe.

What the hell is up with there picture. Its unbelievable. I mean he seperation between People and back grounds are unbelievable. For instance the demo they use show clips from Pirates of the carrabean pearl harbor etc. The seperation between the actors and the background is almost 3D in appearance.

I guess my question is , is sony doctoring the demo CD they use in stores??
Is it the XBR?( I thought this was just motion flow ) ?
Is that TV going to make that much difference betwen the 1080 im using now.
They told me the only difference would be that the XBR has the motion flow engine , wich helps with fast moving scenes like sporting events etc.

I even looked at their HDMI cable in back........nothing special, not even a Moster cable.

uuuuuuugh. Frustrating.

any enlightenment will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Paul
