Default Sharp 52" LCD with blu ray

Well some one had to do it. I got sick of seeing that retarded thread that was list before this one.
Anyways I picked up a sharp Aquos 52" TV. All the people at work ere telling me that this was a better tv than the sony XBR. Well I gave it a shot. After a few adjustments I see now why they were saying it was better. Whatching BD's on it is like wet dream come true. I watched into the blue and well you know who looked amazing.

Default sharp 52"

Nice one ! I might have given it serious consideration , but for the price. Up here it would be over 5k with tax and that was over my self -imposed limit.Enjoy , as I know you will.

I'm still a Sony fanatic though, and they are even more. Sharp is about as good as it gets in LCD tvs, pricey yes,but no doubt once set up in your livingroom watching your favorite movie on blu ray you'll forget all about the price.

The current advantage of Sharp Aquos sets atm is that they have faster response times compared to their Sony BRAVIA counterparts.

As of the current time...

I will say there is a difference in te too tv's. at work the 46"XBR with the sony BD is nice, but put it on the 46" aquos and it looks alot sharper. Plus I have notice that the aquos doesn't have that "screen door effect" that the sony does. The 46" XBR would have cost me $200 less than the 52" aquos. I figured for $200 more I will go with the 52". Size does matter. To who ever said "It isn't the size of the boat is the motion of the ocean." I say this "You can't get to england in a row boat."

Sure you can. It just takes a hell of a lot more energy and clear skies.

What's the fill percentage on the Sharp?
