Beowulf, POTC, Transformers - Blu-ray Forum

I've seen these games for cheap, $20 and $30 at wal-mart ... I never read great reviews on Transformers, but what about the others?

Are they good? Seriously, would you recommend any of these titles? I keep wanting to buy beowulf ...

And is transformers really that bad?

never seen beowulf but, potc is a fun family movie and transformers was great

any game based on a movie never really turns out that good in my opinion only goldeneye for 64

man I liked potc, I actually beat it, held my attention. If you get it, be patient with the upclose sword fights, you'll get whipped at first, but once you master it, it gets better

Heard Beowulf was prety decent from what I've heard of. Not bad, but not great.

Goldeneye for 64 was the BOMB! (in a good way)

There have been very, very few games based on movie franchises that I would consider being above average.

The aforementioned Goldeneye comes to mind. The Chronicles of Riddick was a surprisingly good game based on a pretty bad movie. Other than that... not so much.

i'd still prefer conan in the same genre.

I quite had fun with transformers. really basic game, low scenario but destroying city as megatron was a child dream

Transformers was a pretty decent game graphics were killer. The game itself is pretty short unless you play through as both autobots and decepticons. Not really that challening except for a few boss fights, but all and all a nice game to sit back and relax to. I would snag it if I saw it for $20 or so, but it certainly wasn't worth $50+

the transformers game is decent.....repetative but fun....open world environment and all......its one of those games where you'll beat it once and never play it again....

There is a downloadable demo of POTC out, I tried it and couldn't get into it. Not sure if it's for PS3 or 360?
