Amazon selling FFVXII??? - Blu-ray Forum

What's with this? Says the game is released Dec. 1, 2008. Do they know something, or do you think they are just banking on a Christmas release and hoping people start to pre-order now???

Thats VersusXVIII not FFXIII, two different games, but i hope this is the right date for Versus considering they said that they were almost done with FFXVIII and not even close to finishing VersusFXIII

EDIT: just checked says both will be released December 1st

uhhh it should be XIII and XIII versus. You guys are adding all kinds of letters. They're both completely different games taking place in the same universe or whatever. Versus is more action rpg based. The video for versus is the most baddest ass thing I've ever seen. XIII looks awesome too.

I'm pretty sure Versus is due after FFXIII and that neither will hit this year.

Never trust retailer estimates.

Place holder. Just like they do for movies. Great way from them to make interest of your money when they game won't see light of day for at least another year.

Its the new RPG made by the guys who brought us the Dark Cloud games...Level 5.

I love their games..hopefully we will get more info about it soon.

Here's the longest trailer released with a mixture of realtime and CG cutscenes. There's also some very early pre-alpha gameplay footage on Gametrailers etc.

I think I'll be buying both games. I'm not too familiar with Final Fantasy Versus and what the point is but I'll buy it anyways along with the original

But I won't pre-order until the release date is officially announced regardless of what Amazon states. It's far too early to be pre-ordering if it's more than one year early. I'm still waiting for the demo to be released; that way I can get a sample of it first before actually buying it. Excuse me for my other thread saying I'll buy them both due to my drunkeness

thats the date square enix posted before they decided that it wouldnt be coming out in 2008 so in other words amazon should put their i dont know date which is that 12-12-2012 crap that no one seems to get
