I can't find it, but I saw one of this guy that had a big cyst on his back. I think he's at the doctors and it looks like there's cream cheese coming out of it in chunks, and they finally get the core out and have to cut it off . . . ech. Not the worst thing I've ever seen, but gross.

Kinda gross, but I've seen worse.

The guy is an idiot, and deserves all the pain and humiliation he went through during the weeks it took for the bite to get that bad. He can afford cigarettes, but not a walk-in clinic? They're usually only about $50 (or free, in some cities). Antibiotics are free at most grocery stores, or only $4 @ Walmart.
