Enchanted + Disney Movie Rewards problem - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone else experiencing this?

Bought Enchanted today and tried to key in the Disney Movie Rewards code, and was told I have already used it. But Enchanted does not appear anywhere on my list.

Tried using the Contact Us link on the DMR site, but it just sends you to the FAQ.

Ideas?
