Traffic was more...emotional, but I found Syriana more fascinating and thrilling.

It's close, but I voted for Syriana.

I pretty much have the same reasons for voting Syriana. I do love Traffic though.

I voted for Traffic. While I do think both movies are excellent, Traffic edges out Syriana in my opinion.

They're both fine serious-issue dramas, but nothing more than that. Traffic is more distinctive, though, thanks to its style and cast - I barely remember anything about Syriana.
