Do you know what pisses me off? Each Christmas comes around and the studios release their great hits and such. But each year, 'The Night They Saved Christmas' gets skipped. At least I have never seen a copy of this anywhere. It'd be great to get a Blu-Ray or even a DVD release of this classic movie. Who agrees with me?

You think that's bad??? Jim Henson did a xmas special back in the early 70's (or late 60's) called "The Great Santa Claus Switch" with Art Carney. It has never been repeated or released to home video in any form. I fear it may be lost.

I also am a fan of The Night They Saved Christmas and it has appeared on DVD in the USA, but in a Christmas Box Set with other films that I think is now OOP.

However, I did buy the HD version off Amazon.com and it looks pretty good and the best way to see this film right now.
