Default CD's and Duribus

I have bought a couple of CD's of late (yeah I still buy CD's novel concept) that have been special edition sets ( a Star Wars set and a special edition Led Zepplin set. Why do the special edition sets come in bull **** cardboard packaging because the majoritity of the CD's I pull out have *** damn scratches on them. How hard is it to put 3 disks in a CD jewel box?

CD's either need to come in the standard jewel cases or they need a coat of Duribus on them or better yet have all CD's have Duribus on them.

If companies started putting Duribus on there CD's would that screw up the laser that reads the CD's

I feel much better now.

Durabis can be applied to cds and dvds also but the manufacturers have been too cheap so far to add it to standard retail products besides BD.
