Comments:

I am surprised that there are already over 100 titles (I guess I should look more often )

9 of the top 10 are BD exclusive titles.

The Fifth Element was the second strongest seller, yet was widely criticised for quality. This has a number of implications - to me it says that the title is the most important 'feature' on the disc. Content is key (see the sig! ).

Anyways, have fun with this...

It wounds my soul that Underworld is higher then Kingdom of Heaven.

The power of Kate in tight leather. Underworld is one of my favorites and she is soooo hot.

It tells me a lot of HD-DVD owners own both formats and picked up the HD-DVD version of a title first. If Blu-ray came out first, I believe there would be more non-exclusive titles in that list.

There's a good possibility of that being the reason why a lot of multi-format titles aren't in the top 10.

I don't own a HD-DVD player at the moment but I've thought about it several times. However, after making an investment in the recent Blu-Ray player, I'm not too wild about the idea of having two HD formats at once especially all it'll do is clutter up your entertainment centre.

The fact that Blu-Ray has more support from the major studios was the primary reason why I decided to go with a Blu-Ray player instead while only two are currently exclusive on the HD-DVD format. (Universal Studios and The Weinstein Company).

It just made more sense to go with BD for now. It's great that we already have over a hundred titles on the format. That's progress.
