Default Enchanted Extras on Panny BD30

Has anyone that has the BD30 tried to play the D-Files game on the Enchanted BD? I tried several times last night and could not get it to work. What happens is that when the first question pops up and you answer it correctly with the remote, then that question remains on the screen even though the movie keeps playing and you can even hear the next question being asked. You can't answer any further questions after the first one

I put the disc in my PS3 just to verify that the feature works and to see what is supposed to be happening. In the PS3 when you answer the questions correctly. the movie branches to a short behind the scenes clip related to the question, then the movie continues until you get the next question. It appears to work perfectly on the PS3. I'm making the assumption here that since this game gives you the option to save your progress, that you would need to have an SD card installed in the BD30 (which I did) but it didn't work for me with the SD card or without it.

Has anybody had any luck getting this to work?

Same player same problem, my friend. I was a little POed when it happened. I expect them to fix it in their next firmware release.

Exact same thing here. Hopefully the next firmware upgrade will fix this.

You need to go into setup and make sure that the secondary audio is turned "on".
This same thing happened to me and then I realized that since I bitsream all my audio, the secondary track (in this case: D-files) couldn't play correctly.
When I turned this on, it played fine for me on my BD30.

Great News! I wasn't really thinking of this as a PiP type of issue so never tried that. Like you, I also bitstream everything so I always have secondary audio turned off. Thanks for the info
