My woman hates me for my Blu-ray obsession - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone else have this problem? I know i am not the only one... since i picked up my 40" samsung a few months ago, i have dove head first into the blu-ray world, i love it and can't get enough! I don't think i am too bad, i have only bought 15 movies since i got my PS3 for christmas (plus spiderman3), and have averaged less than $10 per movie purchased due to the BOGO's all over the place. I don't think this will end my marriage or anything, but everytime i mention a new blu-ray offer or sale somewhere, eyes are always rolled. 
Anyone else care to share stories of their lady's hatred for their new found blu-ray love?

I don't really have any wife horror stories to share, but this is unacceptable. You need to get out there and buy some more discs. And if your wife rolls her eyes at you, tell her we told you to. The nerve!

Get her involved. Get some movies that she loves that's on BD. And maybe she'll be more BD obsessed than you in the future.

my wife actually encourages me to buy more. the only catch is that i need to buy some titles for her. examples, enchated. lol... other than that shes ok with it.

Don't get me wrong, she is coming around... she really liked 300 and Pirates: At World's End. She is just not as into it as I am. It took me months to convince her to let "us" get a new flat panel. I do consider myself a little bit lucky that she is one of the VERY few women out there who doesn't like to spend my money, ha!

My usual strategy is to ocassionally buy some BDs specifically for my wife, no complaints so far.
