Sony just invited me to be apart of the Game Advisory Panel. PSU member since 1997, online since 2000. Anyone else get an email?

Congats. No. I would update my info and I would hear nothing. All those times they say sign-up or update for update on games and demos I get nothing. Last thing I ever got from them was a demo disc of Genji for the PS2

Being on the Gamer Advisory Panel is pretty cool. You get to do survey's for certain games, vote on artwork and get a chance to do Beta Testing, which is how I got on the Beta team for Home.

Well how do you try to get back with them. I even signed up for Gamespots Advisory Panel and I hardly get anything. It must be me.

I was a member of the Playstation Underground and got an e-mail about joining the G.A.P. Once I did I got a certificate, a hat, and a couple of G.A.P. membership cards. They usually send me e-mails about Beta Testing, the surveys and contest's. Have you been updating your PSU information? That's all I was doing.

I started updating it this year, almost every week. I get tons of emails from them, here is hoping to some BETAs. Killzone 2, Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Online, Resistance 2, etc.

Weird, bought a PS3 (first playstation brand console owned) and was immediately asked to be a GAP member. I thought it was just a given. Haven't used the site at all, but I did get into two betas with it, Warhawk and Home.
