I imported two movies from the UK, Transformers(1986) and The Recruit, and yes this was before the Recruit was announced here in the US so just my luck. But anyway, Transformers has a normal sized case but The Recruit has a case that is as thick as a DVD case. One of the things I enjoy about Blu Ray is the smaller cases because I can fit more on my shelf.
Here's my question, what movies have the slimmer case and which have the thick ones? I'm thinking of importing Sweeney Todd in May but if has the thick case then I won't. Same with Starsky and Hutch, but if S and H has the thick case, then I'll just import it from Japan when it comes out there and also not have to worry about region compatibility. |
