Default Can it be?

An onkyo 7.1 reciever for $34? I'm getting ready to sell my Onkyo R550, which is basically the same thing as this except it's black. Looks like I'm going to have a tough time selling it for at least $200. Anyways, I was on Ebay the other day surfing and I stumbled upon an Onkyo subwoofer (from the SR-800) that some guy was selling for $35. I should have jumped on it. It is a pretty decent sub and I'd like to have two of the same.

Now that I think about it, where can you even think of getting a reciever that good for $34? Ha! I might get it if it comes back in stock for kicks!

For that price I would be very suspicous. If it is something that is too good to be true, it usually is.

Yes I agree. If it is too good to be true, it usually is. This is always the case based on my experience. I would stay away from it.

They said:

This Unit is in a D1 Open Box Status
D1 status indicates that the product is operable but all components may be INCOMPLETE, there may be cosmetic damage to the product and packaging may or may not be original.

It doesn't come with Onkyo's warantee either. I saw all that but still, I'm sure it's a legitamate deal. Ecost isn't bad. It's not like my reciever hasn't been used either.
