Default PS3 audio setting, This is for the noob like myself

Hello. If this is old I apologize, but I just learned something and want to share with the other rookies like myself .
I know all you audio aficionados out there will be familiar with this, however I figured this would be of use to several PS3 people looking to hear the difference with this new update (even for True HD).

To ensure you are getting the most of your audio settings follow these steps:
1. Put in your DTS-HD MA movie.
2. Get movie started and during the opening credits press Select button to bring up the output stats in the top right. (I was showing Dolby Digital, so I thought What the Heck?)
4. Press the Triangle key on the remote as well now. Scroll to the Audio Options.
5. Press the "Enter" button when on the Audio option.
6. Keep pressing the Enter button until the Display at the Top right shows DTS-HD MA (in the bottom left it will probably be on option "1" now), now you will have the proper audio format! I have never seen this option, and flame away, but I am not the only one that is not aware of this, I took it for granted it was automatic when you choose the audio in the movie setup. I must have changed the default at one point or another a long time ago. (Do the same thing to ensure when watching a Dolby True HD movie, but my guess is when the audio is on "1" it will be on the right format)
After doing this the Audio blasted out of the gate even during the opening scene of I, Robot where Will Smith is getting out of bed, music is playing and it came alive.
Hope this helps even just 1 other person.

Regards,
pmac
