Default Into the Wild on Blu

I just saw this movie the other day. OMG! The scenery. Mountains, rivers etc... Now its bugging the crap out of me that its not on Blu. This is one of those movies that would look awesome.

You might get a person here and there that will complain that the grain level in the flashback scenes were horrific.

I know I'm not the only one here that thinks that this would make an awesome edition on Blu.

Edit: Excuse the title. Forgot the E in the

Yeah the last part was . Actually wasn't expecting that. Didn't read the book or really know the story except that he was traveling to Alaska. So the ending caught m off guard.

Fantastic movie! Every time I see the DVD in stores, I have to keep myself from buying it. I hope it'll be on Blu-ray soon.

More generally, my favorite blus are smart character- or dialogue-driven dramas or comedies. Closer, Sleuth, The Queen, and Dan in Real Life are some of my favorites. I hope we get more like that soon!

I'd agree it was excellent and would be a fine addition to the Blu Ray catalog.

Some of the places he was going to. When he was about to go rafting. Just any scene where he was hiking will look nice in Blu.

Saw that it is on hd-dvd. I saw the movie, what a dumbass kid. Why take on something you don't know nothing about. Stick to what you know and live a long good life.

Interesting view...I actually loved this film. I admire what the kid did, his morals and what he stood for. I'd rather die young, try new new things and say that I LIVED, than sit at home, and live a long "good life". You didn't live a good life...you did nothing for 80 years. I'd much rather experience life and die earlier. Just my opinion...

I'm open to hearing other opinions and believe pushing the envelope is always a good idea. but, at the age that he died, he was still so wet behind the ears. He had done no living at all.

I knew everything in life when I was 16, but since then i've seemed to forget little by little.
