Default Logitech Harmony 1100 Remote Troubleshooting...
Remote showed up today. I put it on the charger. I opened Harmony software on my MacBook Pro. I connected the USB cable.

It shows the USB icon on the remote with a green "checkmark" but the software is stuck on "Check Connection". The status is stuck on "0%"

I read the FAQ which said, download a program to reset the software. I tried but nothing different has happened. The program states to connect with the USB while it is NOT on the charger. I had done this incorrectly at first but in trying now it is off the charger. Does not seem to be seen by the software.

Any help will be appreciated
