Default All My Amazon Wish List Blu's dropped in price

This was a nice present from amazon.com. Men in Black and Batman Returns dropped to $18.95. Mrs. Doubtfire and Sand Pebbles dropped from $27.95 to $25.95. Heading back to preorder them all!

Also V for Vendetta, Narnia, and Sleeping Beauty dropped a buck each. Saved eight bucks total, so far.

I already had two of these items pre-ordered. I noticed in my order they did not go down. Does anyone happen to know if Amazon will take care of this automatically at some point, or should I just cancel the orders and reorder?

Supposedly, they do this automatcally. It happened to me with my preorder of both National Treasures. But some folks just cancel and reorder. Also, Golden Compass dropped, as well. It seems that several titles across studios dropped. Wonder if it was the fact that some Americans are getting tax checks or because Paramount and Universal are starting to release info on their impending Blu titles? One wonders....

They say the prices will change automatically (and I'm not suggesting they're being untruthful), but I mailed them this morning about 5 titles and they changed the prices within about 20 minutes.

Wow thanks a lot for the heads up!!!

I just went through and re-ordered all of the 25 or so Blu-rays I have on pre-order and saved over $40 at the new prices. Plus I also requested refunds totalling $4 on some of the movies I have got from them in the last few weeks. It seems that almost all Blu-rays at Amazon are at least $1 cheaper now.

Fox movies all seem to have gone from 27.95 to 25.95, most Disney's went from 23.95 to 22.95, Dirty Harry set went down $4, many $19.95's are now $18.95. All in all it is great news!!

I didn't know if you wish-listed stuff they drop the price for you (gold box right?)

I've got a $208 credit with Amazon, and have nothing I really "need" so was thinking about picking up some new Blus, but I'd rather wait it out and hope for a B1G1 in the future, to maximize the movies I can get (besides, I'm still waiting for a LOT of catalog titles to be released)

Every single BD I've had ordered has dropped in price an average of $2.

The upcoming Fox titles like Point Break and Batman (1968) went down from $27.99 to $25.99.

Rambo II and III went down to $11.95.

The Dirty Harry collection went down $4.

I had many of these in my Gold Box and now the prices are even lower.
