XBox 360 Trade-In Value

Hey guys, I am thinking of trading-in/selling my XBox 360 to one of the specialty game retailers (i.e. GameStop, EB, etc) because I no longer use it after I discovered the power of the PS3, therefore, I was wondering if anyone here knows how much exactly is the XBox 360 worth now?

By the way, I have the XBox 360 Core System, but I am willing to sell it along with the 20GB HD, Wireless Adapter, 3 Additional Wireless Controllers, etc.

I'd take a stab and say maybe 200-250 store credit?

Less if you want cash.


If you call them they should be able to give you an exact amount.

your better off selling it yourself then trading it in , they won't give you much credit and even less cash.

Yeah those places are a rip. Craigslist, ebay, and Amazon will net you much more money.

200-250 lol i see you have never been to a gamestop or the likes to trade items in. The only reason gamestop and these smaller shops are even in buisness still is because of them ripping people off with trade in's. My guess if your x-box is in good condition and a premium with the hard drive you will get about 150 maybe a little more store credit and probably around 125-135 if you take cash.

it's 150- 165 depending on the condition that they feel it's in and with a 20 Gig harddrive its about 180. I know because when my third one took a dump on me I had enough and MS refused to fix it because it was not RROD. So I took it in and this is what they told me until I said it was busted! Then they told me they could only give me $50.
