COD4 1.30 error HELP

I bought and downloaded the new Map Packs. They downloaded and installed fine. Put COD4 game in and it asked for update to 1.30. I select OK. The download screen comes up and may load 1% before getting a Time Out error or Disconnected from Playstation Network Error. I've been fighting with this since Friday. What I have tried is, Re-download Map Pack, Delete COD4 Game Utility and try to Update to 1.30 first, Copy Game Save to a Jump Drive and Delete Game Save from the PS3, Tried downloading 1.3 @40 times. My network connection is fine as I can play any other game online, surf the web and down load stuff from the PS Store. I would not mind loosing my map packs and $10 if I could just get back to playing COD4 online again.
