Paramount Re-issue Delay? - Blu-ray Forum

On amazon all the paramount re-issues are listed for June 3rd now. Is this just a technical problem?

Probably. Paramount's release dates have had issues the last couple of weeks.

DVD PACIFIC has some available yesterday, The Mission Impossible Films, Reds, Tomb Raider, Babel, Sleepy Hollow, U2 rattle and Hum, Sahara, and a few others. It looks like they have sold down on that stock that they had.

I got a delay letter from amazon today about Cloverfield -- it won't get to me until June now.

FRYS.COM has the Paramount catalogs ready to ship now. I checked The Italian Job, Disturbia and Tomb Raider which are all in stock.

All I know is up until today amazon had it in my order summaries as shipping to me on the 20th -- alongside Bee Movie, Nat. Treasures and my Short Circuit.

Somebody screwed up with Cloverfield and TWBB. Paramount's original press release always said they would be released on June 3. It was a pretty widespread problem though, as just about every retailer had it listed as May 20.

Just got two emails from amazon to say that There will be Blood and Cloverfield are delayed until June. At least they have updated that bit of info.

I looked eariler today at disturbia and shooter and both had the may 20th release date out to the side and now, 3 hours later, its listed at june 3rd.

Mine haven't shipped yet though
