Who Decides which movies will be released on Blu Ray? There seems to be a Dearth of good ones of late. I mean like the Char Heston movies like Ben Hur, The Ten Commandments. It seems as if the good ones like those -or Michael Mann movies-"Thief" and the like will not be released for a while.
