At World's End - 1080i extras?

Just got the new Samsung BP1500 and purchased Pirates #3. it says on the cover that it is only 1080i but Disney's website says 1080P?

Also, there are black boxes above and below the movie...how do I get rid of these? I'm playing the movie on a Samsung 46"1080p.

Pirates 3 had a typo on the case, it is 1080p though. As for the black bars that is how it was meant to be.

What he said. It was a typo. As far as the BBs the only wat to get rif of it is using the zoom option.

It should be on your TV controller I guess, but it is going to degrade the picture slightly.
