Default Most anticipated October 2021 release?

What theatrical film are you most looking forward to in October?

Tough call, but I'll say No Time to Die with Halloween Kills a close second. I'd say it being Daniel Craig's Swan Song as Bond and the underwhelming early critic reviews for Halloween Kills gives it the slight edge.

Dune looks good and Dennis Villenueve is a great director, so it warrants some attention.

Everything I've seen and know from Venom: Let There Be Carnage (90 minute runtime, bad trailers with corny humor, review embargo not lifting until the day before release, Sony's track record) indicates it'll be bad, and before anyone says "but the early reviews have been great", Fant4shit, BvS and Josstice League all got great "early buzz" as well and look how those turned out. Those people are naturally gonna sing its praises for the simple fact that they won't get invited to future screenings if they bash the film. At the end of the day, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...
