For those who don't have a PS3 I have started this thread so that you can check out something rather interesting.

I never thought I'd ask the question as to who would win a fight between these two characters... nor between any characters from either franchise!!!

I am actually thinking that this is one of the best ideas I have ever heard of for a personal combat game... I know that's not an official term for the genre.

Sorry man, everyone saw this a while back. An interesting premise, but I'd prefer a huge, bad-ass next-gen Marvel Vs. DC game. Throwback to the 90's!!!

ive been disappointed greatly with the last few MK games, but that was after they came out. this is the first time ive been disappointed before the new game came out. im not a hugh comic book fan, i couldnt even tell you 8 DC characters that could be in the game. Batman, and uhhhh, V? now if V is in this I will by it, hell I'll probably get it anyways since I own every MK game.

is V even considered a DC comic character??? i remember at the beginning of V for Vendetta they show the DC logo

It originally came out in Vertigo comics...if it's a subsidiary or DC was just used for distribution, I'm not sure.

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Green Arrow are just a few of the more popular DC characters. Imagine a battle between Sub-Zero & Aquaman? It seems like it would be an unfair advantage for Sub-Zero!

hahahaha, thats funny to think about. im just disappointed that they are aiming for a Teen rating so therefore fatalities are being toned down and its less gruesome, which is the whole point of MK games, excessive blood and gore

Fatalities are out altogether. How they're going to make up for it, I don't know.

MK vs. DC this is totally stupid. One has nothing to do with the other.... Now when you mix up Marvel and DC now that's something to get excited about. We need a Captain Marvel movie... Superman vs. Captain Marvel.... Shazam.....

As a big fan of the MK series, and one who has played all of the games and loves them.. this game has bomb written all over it.

A. It is about a decade too late.. marvel vs capcom wanna be, but about 10 years later..

B. This game is not going to be rated M, since they got DC characters they are going for younger audience and lowering the rating.. I am sorry but the MK series is famous for pushing the boundries, and probably the game that started the necessity of a game rating anyways.. to put a MK game out at anything less than a M, has a big mistake written all over it.
