Yup, though it was a little larger. It was clalled the C.L.A.W. if I recall correctly. (I think it stood for Cobra Light Attack Weapon or somesuch) It worked like a jet propelled hang glider and even had guns and missiles on it.

I didn't read the article, but this looks like you'd have to jump from a plane first and then activate it. The Cobra version allowed you to take off from the ground. Forgive my geekitude, I was a G.I.Joe nut back in the day and still remember alot of that stuff.

It appears that I have spied an engineering oversight in that there is no noticeable recepticle for when you shit yourself being strapped to this thing. I guess using V1.0, you have to void yourself using the 'cropdusting' method.
