Default What resolution do you watch broadcast TV in?

With the big debate of 1080i vs. 720p I'm just curious as to what everybody watches plain old HD TV in since nobody broadcasts in 1080p. I've been watching in whatever the channel nativily broadcasts in. Some do 1080i and some do 720p. But I'm wondering for some things, like a football game with high motion where progressive scan is supposed to be better, would it be better to watch it in 720p rather then 1080i? Or would downscaling the 1080i signal to 720p do more harm then good?
