It's in the back of the game case. Don't have a site for you.

He's looking for the game size, not the save size.

Damn, I was hoping he wanted to know the install sizes. Cuz that's what I want to know. I am making a sign pitching the advantages of larger internal hard drives and/or external hard drives for customers buying a PS3.

The most common mandatory installs are between 2 and 5 GB. However, only a few are mandatory. 2 for sure that I know of -- both from Capcom. More minor installs are ~100 MB, as with Dark Sector. Those who have an abundance of games can easily look on the XMB for the installation file sizes.

I have a 60 GB model and liberally use the hard drive space. Across 18 games, 2 PSN downloaded games, a handful of pictures, loads of save data, and about 10 demos -- I still have 20 GB left.

So according to that list, The Darkness is the largest game, Does this mean it's the largest game to date?

I'm actually happy somebody asked this question, becuase a Friend and I were talking about how massive Metal gear Solid 4 is supposed to be, and he asked what the largest game would have been upto that point.

Also, Does that mean that the darkness on ps3 was bigger than the 360 version? or what's the Size of DVD that the 360 Uses?

Keep in mind that list doesn't have many recent games.

Out of those on the list, most all the under 10GB games were cross-platform.

That list can't be right. According to the list Rainbow Six Vegas and Need for Speed Carbon (dual system games) blow the 8 GB limit for Standard DVD that Xbox 360 has to use. So why would the PS3 version be twice the size and according to some reviewers (IGN) be the infurior version of the game.

Possible they did not compress things, or see a reason to compress certain files they may have added extra files to the disc then what was on the 360 version, but that is unlikly...

More or less either uncompressed textures, or uncompressed files.

Interesting point. I would agree that they just didn't compress the PS3 version. Which I guess could affect load times, making it a slightly infurior version.
