Tough choice, anytime you hear this at the start of a movie you know you are in good hands.

I'll go a three way tie, Shaw Brothers, Toho, Toei.

My favorite studio is Art Theatre Guild, probably followed by Shochiku.

I quite like Toei, they produced some of my favorite Pinky Violence films.

For me, the most consistent has been A24. I've seen a lot of their films and I don't think I've ever been let down. Some have been fantastic, others just pretty good. But I can't remember one right now where I left thinking, "That sucked."

I'm pretty sure the answer is Tokyo, Japan.

What do I win?

Congratulations, You win an all expense paid trip to the studio of your choice, and a starring role in their next picture.

You can choose either Disney or Brazzers.

Looks like Disney will have to find another actor to star alongside Demi Lovato in their gritty NC-17 Camp Rock reboot.....

I voted for Disney, but A24 would be my next choice. They have had some great success.

I would have voted for Disney.

But since this was a "Favorite" poll as opposed to a "Most loathed" poll ...

The most satisfying (blockbuster) movies in the last couple of years, Disney. Not surprising since they have great things under their wings.

Most interesting: A24.

Currently, Disney. If we're talking about all time, then WB gets my vote.

Wish I can vote for more than just one. My 5 overall favorite studios are Universal (including Focus Features label), Lionsgate, 20th Century Fox, MGM, and Warner Bros (including New Line Cinema label). I'd put A24 and Sony Pictures (Columbia, TriStar, Screen Gems, etc.) on my honorable mentions at least.

It's a tough call. Movie studios are where the established old money is, cranking out remake after remake and reboot after reboot. The new money is being invested wisely in original scripts by independent filmmakers building new studios and reputations of their own.

I was going to say all of the votes for Fox can go to Disney now, but looks like nobody voted for Fox.

Poor Fox.

Actually, they would have been I high on my list, if for no other reason than the X-Men movies.
