Wireless headset...Can you use any? - Blu-ray Forum

I was told by Best Buys floor boys that you don't need the PS3 wireless headset and you can actually use any wireless headset out there. I also heard from someone on Xbox that they didn't like the wireless headset because of the battery issue and it would sometimes go out during a game and was kind of annoying. Just want to get what you guys know.

More or less. Some headsets have compatibility problems but basically any Blue Tooth headset will do. I use my Plantronics Voyager 510 (which I also have setup with my cellphone) and it works great.

Yes, what he said above was true... I have a standard Motorola bt headset and it works fine, love using it for CoD4 works very well. But do take into a account that MOST headsets work, I have heard in the past that some have not worked.

blutooth headsets are great! i use a jabra 150 works great. youi hould b good to go on any BT headset aslong as it is bluetooth v1.2
