I recently purchased the 40 GB PS3. The first Blu-Ray I bought was V for Vendetta. While it looks and sounds better, I have no idea how to access the "In-Movie Experience" detailed on the case. I never saw any menus pop-up, and to my knowledge the only stuff I could get to was the "Pop-up menu" content. I have the newest Firmware version, so how do I access the In-Movie content?
Thanks in advance! |

I don't own the movie so I can't give you a play-by-play. But i'm sure if you go to the top menu there will be some sort of bonus or additional content selection. There you'll find what you're looking for.
HD Bonus Content: Any Exclusive Goodies in There? 'V for Vendetta' is one of the first Warner Blu-rays to include an "In-Movie Experience" video commentary that makes full use of the format's Bonus View (aka Profile 1.1) capabilities. Dubbed "Director's Notebook: Reimagining a Cult Classic for the 21st Century," it worked flawlessly on my PlayStation 3. Yippee! * In-Movie Experience : "Director's Notebook: Reimagining a Cult Classic for the 21st Century" - Director James McTeigue is our tour guide, and there is surprisingly little overlap with the standard-def extras. A wealth of additional making-of material and interviews with Natalie Portman, Hugo Weaving, producer Joel Silver and other crew are snappily assembled for a very deft, informative experience. I was never bored and this one was, for me, far preferable to watching the separate featurettes. My only complaints are that the controversy regarding the translation from graphic novel to screen is largely sidestepped, and that I found the technical making-of footage to be a lot less interesting than the explorations of character and the film's sociopolitical themes. Those personal nitpicks aside, I was a big fan of "Director's Notebook." |

Get yourself a BD Remote. It is a lot easier to use and access features for movie playback then the controller. This could help with some of the confusion you may be having as the BD remote has most of the normal remote features and they are labeled.
