Thought it would be fun for those interested to list a "top 5 must own" list for those looking to put together a solid collection (as I am). Here is my list..

..Also keep in mind this is MUST OWN not MUST SEE.

5) Superbad
4) 300
3) Planet Earth
2) Casino Royale
1) Spiderman Trilogy*

*Box sets count as 1.

Before I come up with my list, what is the difference? Is "must own" a movie that you'd want to watch over and over again versus a movie that you might really like but wouldn't want to watch again (must see)? Or, does must own mean it's demo material?

i agree with all of them except your first choice, sorry but i thought it sucked.

I think that's my top five... But it's purely subjective! And everybody has its opinions!

Close to the same. But for example Apocalypto in my opinion is a must see, but wouldn't crack my "top 5 must own." Great BD experience but as you said, this wouldn't be a movie I would watch over and over again. Just perceive it however you'd like... It's your list.
