Anybody have this these two connected? I just bought these two the other day and can't get the sub to work at all. I memorized both manuals and I know I have it all connected correctly. So if anybody his this setup, please (with a cherry on top), post your config on the V663. Thanks!!

When you plug in the sub to the electrical outlet you should have a red light in the back, flip the switch the say auto all the way up until its green see if that works.turn volume control midway.

my friend, assuming you have the sub connected to the right output at the back of the 603, go to "speaker setup" and set either of the two settings 1) set fronts to small or 2) set fronts to large AND LFE output to BOTH

![]() ![]() I'll look over that to, thanks! But I do recall having my fronts/center set to small. And the LFE set to SBWF. Last edited by andrewski1979; 06-06-2008 at 03:37 PM. |

If that fix your problem after you are done doing you YAPO set up. flip the switch down to the middle and leave it that allows the sub to shut off and on automatically you will get a min or so delay before the sub kick in if you use this method. Last edited by crackinhedz; 06-06-2008 at 09:47 PM. |

i've got a similar issue with my new v663 and sub. i have an older sony sub though (don't have model handy). my problem is that the bass is not on loud enough or sometimes it's off completely. i used ypao setup and everything was fine. my speakers are 5 identical b&w ccm65's and a b&w cc6 center. ypao had set all speakers to large, except for the center and back surround. i changed both to large. was this the right move? i never had a lack of bass problem with my old sony receiver. the sub is the next and last component i plan to upgrade. help...thx!
