Default blu-ray ghosting. unavoidable?

almost every store i go to, the motion in the BD film has ghosting. i am able to recognize the super cool difference in the motion, that blu-ray offers. in these instances were i can see the "progressive" motion, i ALWAYS see ghosting. is this unavoidable sometimes?

I would say that one of two things are happening:

1. because of the widespread "awareness" of such things, you are probably scrutinizing the crap out of every inch of that picture and noticing things that you've never noticed/never would have noticed.

2. You have an acute sense for motion tracking compared to most people and therefore only the absolute best of the best will keep your mind at ease. If this is the case, then you are probably greatly bothered by 60hz CRTs as well (flickering picture).

I myself have a pretty good sense for motion and am bothered by CRT flicker.

I highly suggest you have a look at the Panasonic 800 series (either the 32lz800 or the 37lz800). I have last year's equivalent, 32lx700 and have never had motion problems.
