I printed the order screen so they can't charge me full price!!!

this happened to me once with the pink panther boxset, they refused to sell them to me at the silly price they were showing on their website but gave me a discount code for my next order.

I ordered one of these yesterday, have received an email today saying that they can't sell it at this price, so they have canceled the order and I will have to re-order at the correct price.

I think this will happen to everybody that ordered this at the lower price.

Yeah, mine has been cancelled too.

No offer of a discount off another order or anything which is disappointing. I would have thought they would offer something as seen as it was their mistake!

I can't even find a way of contacting them to express my disappointment. I replied to their email but it got bounced back (saying that it did not accept replies). The helpdesk on their website has no way of contacting them at all (unless I have missed it).

Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Yeah when I clicked the link it went back up to 47.99. I wonder why they haven't offered this box set here in the states. I know a lot of people were waiting on this box to come out.

I've seen this happen a couple of times, I pre-ordered s2 of torchwood for £12.99 (RRP 49.99), got the email later that they cancelled my order due to a mistake

on the flipside, they had Battlestar Galactica s3 for £1024.00 and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith for £512.00
