I trust online reviews less and less as time goes by. They always seem to be inconsistent and dependent upon the reviewer's mood at the time, never really objective.

I don't ever look at the number scores of any kind of review. I read the articles and see if I may enjoy it because everyones opinion of "good" is different. Plus you should look at several different reviews of the same game because you will run across bias reporters or people who are simply in a bad mood that day.

I played mgs4 for an hour and it's already more involving than halo and ass creed combined. gametrailers sucks. i mean c'mon, they used PS3 GRID footage to make the 360 look better than PS3. They are *******s and clearly biased.

I am not saying that they are right or wrong. I am just asking if we know anything about the story. Story is subjective. Reviews are subjective. It shouldn't hurt your pride. I didn't play Assassins Creed so I have no opinion. HALO3's story was ok. HALO's story as a whole is excellent, the third I didn't think was that great.

GT never rates PS3 games well enough. They gave Uncharted and Ratchet high 8s when they should have clearly given them low 9s. They under rated Heavenly Sword as well. Either way even jank reviews have some useful information in them.. and gameplay.

In the end a 9.3 is still good but the review was filled with a lot of *****ing. They actually stated the story was too much towards the beginning of the review. I think the ppl at GT like it too simple.

It is like gametrailers killed your pets or something. Just calm down, if they want to be biased let them be biased. I don't think a lot of people read gametrailers and only gamtrailers for their buying and playing recommendations.

So you are calling out a site that is bias against the PS3 on a PS3 forum? You are preaching to the choir here. I am not a fan of MGs games anyway (to slow for my tastes). I hope it is a good game that a lot of people will enjoy. I am not worried that this game entertain a lot of you. I don't go onto movie discussions and talk about how EW are a bunch of fools for giving Fight Club a D. If IGN or another site came out and said that GT5 wasn't as well done as Forza, would you complain about bias?

Based on the trailers alone for MGS4, the story is better than Halo 3. Assassin's Creed was a pretty good game, but it wasn't because of the story.
