Gee...what a surprise. Both BP and Halliburton (the supplier) knew that the foam cement used in the gulf well was a defective design and decided to use it anyway. They ran tests weeks before that showed problems and now they are pointing fingers at each other.

OK. So now that we know that Halliburton KNEW the concrete would fail, do we see a problem with the fact that Halliburton bought Boots and Coots just ELEVEN friggin days before the rig blew up? Just in time to collect millions of dollars to repair the mess that they caused???

Am I a conspiracy theorist, or is this odd?
